summer

I never thought I would ever see something so amazing in this country...
My friend Brian held a teachers camp before going back to the states after
2 years of service. Thanks Brian for the good times brother.

We were given an exceptional tour of the Boganuur mines. The views were
incredible. Much more vast than I would have imagined.
All of the teachers and volunteers from Brians camp.

A little hiking and camping with the boys in my town.

Still hiking.
Its funny because usually stupid things happen when you are bored. We werent bored at all.
A beautiful sunset at camp

Our campsite. Logs and fire courtesy of yours truly. I like to set the mood.
Shirtless photos of me have been leaked. Drink it up ladies.

Some choose to say I was modeling. Yet I maintain my innocence. I
swear I was just exhausted?

Flying kites behind the school with students and our Korean Volunteers.
We got access to the costume closet and had a 45minute photo shoot.

I took them for a hike to my favorite spot for sunset. It rained almost the entire
time. Yet still 0 complaints.
Attempting to impress the ladies with our cooking skills.

Teaching Taekwondo.
Giving demonstrations.
UB Nadaam horse winners

Wrestling at 10am = FUN.

Wrestling at 7pm = Really getting tired of watching.

My buddy Leon held a sports camp in his town. This is what us volunteers
enjoyed. MONOPOLY DEAL the card game.
We also enjoyed the Mexican Dinner. Hey, its the best we can do over here.
Karaoke got out of control as usual. Dont ask me about the hat. Seriously

Ultimate Frisbee. Kids loved it.
Dodgeball. Kids loved it but didnt understand tactics.
Kickball. Kids got into it. This I think was their game of choice. I was pitcher
for my team.

This little dude was a cute kid. This didnt stop me from catching this ball and
then taunting him.

This was my team celebrating our come from behind victory. Im somewhere in this
picture enjoying our win.

Water balloon duck duck goose. Didnt go as planned but the kids loved it

The volunteers didnt enjoy getting wet so much
I posted this photo because it was awesome.

We did teach them about sportsmanship.

And then I showed them what it feels like to be a winner.
An end to an incredible week.

We rushed back from the camp so my friend Corey could play in the Mongolia vs
Hong Kong Rugby match. Mongolia surprisingly won by 3 points. Impressive.
