We had a 4 day basketball tournament at our school. I had to help referee and take pictures.
More basketball
More basketball

I walked to the outskirts of my town one day to just get away and clear my head. I came across
this old abandoned yard and house. I thought is was beautiful in some strange way.

During my walk, I came across this guy looking for his animals.

He didnt mind me photographing him. No worries.
My town had its annual snow day competition that I was asked to participate in. It is mostly held on top of a mountain. My team made me do the sledding event.
Shortly after this I successfully made it 30ft down the mountain before my sled literally broke in half. All 200 people
laughed. I would have my revenge...

I won the town competitions Table tennis tournament going, 10-0.
This is my expression after my team told me I would compete in the towns 1 on 1 Ice Hockey Tournament.
I embarrassed all of my 8 competitors.
My team laughed because I finally broke a smile after winning the championship game. 8-0.
Representing America Baby!

A cool picture of me and all my male teachers after the sumo wrestling competition on top of the mountain.
I didnt compete in this one. Haha.
I call this snow drift jumping. We found snow drifts on the side of a few mountains and the snow is about 6 to 12 ft deep. Its so fun.

My students had a similar snow day competition in which I photographed. Lots of sledding.
More sledding...
In my town.

More sledding...
My students hanging out on our schools ice skating rink. I was teaching them to skate backwards

A few of my older students watching their classmates compete in snow day
My 7th graders hanging out

Relay races were a big hit amongst the students.

3 legged races were hilarious running up the mountain.

My 10th graders wanting class photos after winning the competition
My 8th graders carving snow hearts for the girls
My other 7th graders tormented each other all day.
The girls impressively made their own hearts.

Me with Marikaa and Saraa at the NTV Christmas Party

News Team Assemble!!!
In an auction somebody paid $200 dollars for this baby pig.
A few friends
The Christmas party was held in a castle. Seriously.

Im so proud of this boy. He is absolutely awful at the accordion, but never the less,
he practices constantly. E for Effort my man.

This boy performed a nice song on the piano. I couldnt help but laugh though everytime
he would mess up because he would make this face.
This is our 8th grade dance team. By far the most talented dancers in the school.

These 7th graders performed rather nicely together.

These 1st graders performed a skit. They were sheep?

Our 9th graders performed a skit where everybody died except for 1 person.  Sometimes when I teach them, I cant help but dream that could come true. Im kidding. Kinda...

Our 10th grade boy band. Need I say more?
This girl can play every traditional instrument in the music room. Really impressive.
This instrument is called the Muurin Huur. And Shandus is the best our school has.  He can
really bring it to life when he plays.
I will never be the parent that forces my son to do a dance in front of the school
with only 5 other girls.

A traditional song in traditional clothing.

A student performing a Korean dance. Really I just liked the picture.

Our 11th graders performed Mariah Careys "All I want for Christmas is You". In English.
It was pretty good.

Our teachers Christmas Party got out of hand in a hurry.

My teachers niece performed in her first ever Christmas celebration. She is 3.

During these shows and competitions, Father Christmas  or Santa Claus,
gives out candy baskets to most of the students.

All of my schools teachers at our party. And yes, the librarian is giving me bunny ears. Real mature.
I just like this girls deel. A deel is traditional clothing.
A picture with my neighbor and my schools social worker at the Christmas party.
My dog had her puppies. Im so happy she only had 3.

The puppies insist on trying to eat each other.
Still trying...
They love staying in the dog house. I can never get them out.
Its -28 degrees out and these kids are still playing basketball outside. They really love the game here.

If you look closely, I tried to chase the horses in the distance. Which was surprisingly fun.
I got to skate the river with my teacher friend Tsoodol. Really cold but really fun. I couldnt catch the horses by the way
